The Great Lakes region of Africa is home to the Maasai, who came from South Sudan. The majority of the local Nilotic speakers, such as the Maasai, Turkana, and Kalenjin, are pastoralists and are known for being fierce fighters and cattle rustlers. The age-set system of social organization, circumcision, and vocabulary phrases are among the customs and practices that the Maasai and other East African groups have incorporated from nearby Cushitic-speaking groups. It all started with the artist fascination and inquisitive mindset about the Masai people of Kenya in general, which leads to Him creating a drawing of a kenyan woman in his sketch pad titled “The Maasai woman’ which thus visualises the elaborate costume with beads round the neck. but the sculptor thus having the artistic licence, decides to focus only on the person of the woman with less adornment . therefore, the artist focal point leads the viewer to see and feel the aura surrounding her coupled with the dynamism expressed in relation to her physiognomy, countenance, e.t.c and not just to look but to see, ruminate, feel and understand. simply put what is important to the artist here are the anatomical realities and not the typical elaborate beads or costumes on the woman, enabling the artist to visualise the subject THE MAASAI WOMAN. Simply put there is more that meets the eye than the adornment we see in humans.

A sculptor, with a specialization in easle and monumental sculpture but also advantageously His early informal training in the art of painting and music making, serves as contributory factor that leads Him into being a painter and a violinist with an exceptionally dynamic, creative repertoire due to his multi-genre influences.

  • It is however not surprising that His creative development emerges overtime concurrently from childhood which thus characterises "sinistrality" and the taboos that goes with such, this leaves him in quandary, but overtime he innately develops various investigative and adaptive mechanisms which later influences his overall creative endeavors. His hadous charisma leads him to the continent of Asia, He then goes on to study the Indian ancient bronze casting technique known as Tribal Casting at the bronze and stone platform under the auspices of the Italian Master Stefano Beccari and the Indian virtuosos Bascaran and Ranvidran in Mahabalipuram, Tamilnadu.

It is sort of difficult to compartmentalize his creative prowess but one thing is certain for sure, we can deduce that the artist is highly eclectic. both technically and stylistically be it digital paintings, tra-digital , sculptural works and more.
