Yes, we currently require all users to first create an account before purchasing original artwork or other goods on site.

Through your ArtAlebrio account, you can: track your purchases; create collections; follow artists and receive updates when they upload new goods;

select your favorite items; and connect with other members of the ArtAlebrio community.

If you wish to report someone for fraud, harassment, spamming, or any other violation, contact us at robot@artalebrio.com with an explanation of the incident in question, as well as any evidence, if possible, of the violation.

In the case of direct purchase, the contract is concluded with the proviso that the offered goods are still available.

To do this, the interested party clicks the "Buy" button, which is located on the product page.

In the window that opens, the potential customer is again shown the price and currency, which must be confirmed with a click.

When clicking on the "Buy" button, the potential customer accepts the seller's offer.

Subsequently, a message about the purchase of the product is delivered electronically to the Gallery/Author.

If the Gallery/Author confirms the purchase to the interested party, the contract is closed.

Delivery conditions and payment methods are negotiated directly between the contracting parties.

Processing time is the period of time for which the Shop (Master, Artist) will prepare the order for shipment. That is, the time between placing the order and its shipment from the store.

Processing time for individual orders takes into account the length of time it takes to manufacture such an item.

The processing time is specified by the store seller. Different products in the store may have different processing times.

You can find the processing time of a particular item on the page of a particular ad:

1. Select the item you are interested in at artAlebrio.com
2. On the listing page you will see one of the options:

• Shipping time - this is the processing time of the order.
• Estimated Delivery Date - the range of dates the order is expected to arrive.
