Wings - artAlebrio is pleased to present annual exhibition and opportunity to showcase your artistic interpretations of Wings. Painting, Drawing, Illustration, Graphics, Printmaking, Calligraphy, Photography, Sculpture, Installation, Crafts, Mixed Media, Digital Arts

► Theme of the contest

What do wings represent? Birds or aircraft with wings? Mythical creatures like Pegasus, Phoenix, and Dragon? A symbol of peace, power, and freedom? Or an Angelic sense in the world of angels and demons? A fantasy world of flying humans? Or, on the contrary, the natural world of birds, bats, insects, flying fish, and extinct dinosaurs?

Let your imagination fly; as for "Wings 2024", we are looking for:

Real creatures: birds, bats, insects, flying fish, even extinct dinosaurs, etc.
Fantasy: World of evil or cute flying creatures, fairies, angels, superheroes, etc.
Mythical creatures: Pegasus, phoenix, dragons, ghosts, etc.
Flying objects: Aircrafts, helicopters, satellites, spaceships, UFOs and even futuristic flying vehicles
Symbolic or religious: Having wings can be a sign of glory, power, peace, and freedom, in various forms such as angels and demons.

We encourage all 2D and 3D abstract and representational artists to submit their wings-inspired art.

Upload your listing, correctly formatting the content in your personal profile.*
Submit your artworks to the competition (a window with your listing will appear).**
Vote*** for the participants’ artworks (get rating points; voting opens 7 days before the end of the competition)
E-certificate for each participant ****
Participants of competitions will get discounts on participation in exhibitions and fairs.
Artworks of competition will be posted in social media
■ Life-long Links - A lifelong link of the exhibition will remain active to boost selected artists online visibility and SEO.

The winners will be chosen by Jury! Audience Award by quantity and sum of votes.

* - You need to have account on web site and upload your artworks
** - if you participate with art curator, please tell the artworks number in your profile, the artwork will be added to the catalog of participants
*** - voting opens 7 days before the end of the competition.
**** - If your artwork violates the rules of the site or does not correspond to the competition, the artwork will be removed from the catalog of participants without explanation. Repeated violations will result in the user being blocked.

Expert judgement

All artworks submitted to the competition are evaluated by renowned artists (the list is available on the ‘Jury’ tab). The results of the evaluation will be posted on the contest website ("Winners" tab).
The rating of the impact on the viewer is determined by the number of votes collected 7 days before the end of the contest and each participant will be able to see his/her rating.

Artwork requirements:

PNG or JPG, no watermarks or text (except captions, numbers or symbols).
The size of the image should be at least 2000px along the smaller side
The image should be clear, no highlights or glares.
Description of the artwork should be specified in the settings of the piece itself, which explains its idea.

The Audience Award determined by the number and sum of votes (voting opens 7 days before the end of the competition)

Jury +

Jury Process

We use two phases for jurying. The first phase of jurying is the Yes/No selection, and the second part is the scoring model. For scoring, each jury member scores artworks from 1 to 10. Artworks with the highest scores in the "Yes" group will be selected as winners based on the number of points they receive.
