1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 These Regulations define the procedure and conditions of the International Online Contest organized on the online platform ArtAlebrio.com (hereinafter - the Contest).
1.2 The purpose of the Contest is to support artists in the field of contemporary art; to reveal creative achievements and encourage participants for their outstanding contribution to the development of contemporary art; to stimulate the creation and development of new artistic projects; to present to the general public an up-to-date cross-section of contemporary art. Promotion of artists and their recognizability.
1.3 The Competition is public and open.
1.4 The organizer of the Competition is the online platform artAlebrio or an external company (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
1.5. The terms and dates of the Contest are determined by the Organizer.

2. PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTEST

2.1 Everyone (masters, artists, amateurs and professionals) is invited to participate in the Contest. To participate in the Contest, the Applicant sends his/her artwork on the Contest page.
2.2 Contests are held on the specified dates on the page of selection of artworks (items), at the end of the contest within 5-14 calendar days the evaluation of the contest works by the jury members and winners of past contests is carried out. Counting of votes.

2.3 To participate in the contest, applicants must:
- Register on the site
- Upload your artworks (items) in your personal profile (Shop), having correctly formatted the information about it
- Pay the organizational fee(if it necessary (by refill the balance in your personal profile) and submit your artwork (item) on the contest page or from the artwork itself by pressing -Manage- button.
- Artworks (items) from participants from any countries and ages are accepted, unless restrictions are specified in the conditions of a particular contest.

2.4 The Applicant is liable under the current legislation of the US for infringement of intellectual rights of third parties. In case of any claims of third parties regarding the submitted project for the Prize, the Applicant undertakes to settle them by its own efforts and at its own expense, in which case the submitted project shall be withdrawn from the Competition.

2.5 By submitting a competition work on the Competition page, each Applicant confirms the possibility to use it for the purposes related to the Competition, including publication in mass media and social networks with indication of the artist (master) name.

2.6 The organizers of the contest reserve the right to refuse to accept entries without giving any reasons. Accepted entries will be posted on social networks Instagram; FB; Telegram; at the address artAlebrio, within the timeframe of the particular contest. The organizer has the right to refuse to publish the artwork without explaining the reason.

2.7 The artwork submitted for the contest and its content must not contradict the legislation of the artAlebrio Rules

2.8 The reasons for refusal and removal of the artwork from the list of participants are: - Content in the realized Projects of motives of extremism, violence, cruelty, incitement of racial, national, religious hatred and hostility, insulting the feelings of believers, class and other exclusivity or intolerance, information that may cause harm to health.

2.9 Participation in the Contest means the Applicant's familiarization and full consent to the terms of these Regulations, to the processing of his/her personal data, to receive information from the Organizing Committee concerning the Contest.
Personal data shall be used and stored for the purposes of conducting the Competition, determining and announcing the Winners, and awarding the Prize.
The Organizer shall ensure the security of processed personal data in accordance with the requirements of the applicable laws of the United States of America

2.10 By submitting an application for participation in the Competition, the Applicant authorizes the Organizer to use all information submitted as part of such application for analytical and scientific purposes, as well as to ensure transparency and openness of the Competition.

3. CRITERIA FOR EVALUATION OF THE CONTEST ARTWORK

3.1 The evaluation criteria are:
- Compliance of the artwork with the theme of the contest;
- High-quality photo of the artwork
- Original style and innovation
- Mastery and quality of execution
- Degree of influence on the viewer

4. EXPERT COUNCIL
4.1 To determine the winners of the Competition, an international expert council shall be created, the composition of which shall be approved by the Organizer.
4.2 The Organizing Committee consists of representatives of profile communities, cultural and artistic figures, employees of the Organizer, winners of past competitions.

5. SUMMARIZING THE RESULTS OF THE CONTEST AND AWARDING THE WINNERS

5.1 The winners are awarded with the prizes announced in advance on the page of the particular Contest
5.2 All participants receive a Certificate of Participation in the International Competition, which is available in each Applicant's personal profile after the results are announced
5.3. The winner of the "Audience Favorite" certificate will be determined by Internet voting, which is available 7 days before the end of the Contest.
5.4. The best artworks at the end of the contest get the opportunity to participate in online auctions free of charge.
5.5. The results of the Contest are published on the organizer's website artAlebrio.com on the Contest page under the tab -Winners-.
5.6 If there are several winners for one place - in this case the cash prize is divided by the number of winners for each place.
5.7 This information will automatically be included in your CV (which will be automatically filled in with the awards of the participant or winner of competitions, and exhibitions in which you participated).
5.8 You can win the contest and receive one of several prizes (including a cash prize that will be credited to your card if you win at the end of the contest and there are more than 99 participants to collect the prize fund).
5.9 If the contest does not collect the minimum number of participants (then the contest does not collect the prize fund). Winners will receive a certificate and prize money, without any monetary reward.
5.10. Sponsor prizes (if claimed) are sent to the winners at their address of receipt.
5.11. In order to receive the Prize, the Winner within one month from the date of publication of the results of the Contest personally or through a representative must contact the Organizer and inform about the desire to receive the prize on the balance of the profile or provide details for receiving the transfer of the Prize.
5.12. The Prize shall be transferred by the Organizer within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the details for the transfer of the reward.
5.13. Full or partial refusal of the Winner to provide the information specified in paragraph 5.12 of these Regulations, as well as failure to meet the deadlines for their submission releases the Organizer from the obligation to pay the cash reward.
