The theme of the competition is 50 shades of blue. Suggest to you experience the beauty and diversity of painting, photography with dominated by one color - blue! The ability of artist to work with one color. Suggest to you become innovators of the 20th century and propose your concept of art, despite the 60th century whose origins were actionist-artists such as Yves Klein.
