1.1 Each Customer who has registered as a Shop Owner is automatically and without any payment condition preceding its opening is provided with the "Free Tariff" tariff plan (unless otherwise follows for individual entrepreneurs and legal entities identifying themselves as Shop Owners). This tariff plan, like other types of tariff plans, grants the Shop Owner the rights specified in clause 1.1 of Section I of the Rules, but unlike other tariff plans it allows the Shop Owner to place images of not more than ten Works in his/her Shop and to use the Services to the extent sufficient to familiarise himself/herself with the possibilities of the Marketplace for Shop Owners. The "Free tariff plan" is provided without payment, but its validity period may be limited in time; also its validity period and the number of Works allowed to be placed may be changed by the Contractor at any time unilaterally without any special notification to the Shop Owner. This tariff plan fulfils the function of a cancellation clause of the free of charge (trial) period of the Parties' relations and does not imply active realisation of the Works by the Shopkeeper.
1.2 Other tariff plans allow you to place images of a larger number of Works, as well as to use the advanced features of the Marketplace. The Customer may pay for any tariff plan, receiving for the appropriate period of time the opportunity to use all its advantages.

The cost of the tariff plan depends on the period of listing placement (1, 6 or 12 months) and is communicated to the Customers by the current Marketplace screen forms https://artalebrio.com/services/.
1.3 Countdown of the tariff plan validity time (except for the tariff plan "Free tariff") automatically starts from the moment of payment receipt to the Executor's account. If the Customer pays for the Services in any way after the funds are credited to the Executor's account, the Customer is recognised as having acquired the corresponding rights, including those specified in clause 1.1 of the Rules.
1.4 If the Customer does not make a preliminary payment for the Services under the selected tariff plan for the next period or under a new tariff plan, the Pictures of his Items in the Shop, after the expiration of the paid tariff plan automatically become unavailable for viewing, search and purchase by other Customers, as well as become unavailable for editing and deleting by the Customer, and are removed from the Catalogue. At the same time, the images of the Items are temporarily stored in the databases and are not irrevocably deleted for at least two months. During this time the Customer can pay for the tariff plan, and after the refill are credited to the Executor's account, all the Customer's Items will be automatically activated and appear in the Catalog again, will be available for editing and deleting by the Seller and for viewing and purchasing by other Buyers.
2.1 To make an order for the Buyer without opening his own Shop - it is also necessary to register in the Marketplace (on the Site).
2.2 Each Seller realises his Items independently. Any Buyer has the right to purchase any Items presented in the Shops or several Items at once, to order the performance (creation) of a Item for himself/herself. The terms and method of payment (including by one payment for several Items), terms and method of delivery of the Items for each application (order) shall be agreed between the Buyers and the Sellers on the basis of the Shop Rules, including by means of the Buyer's choice of the options offered therein, or (and) individually.
2.2 To offer the Items with a guarantee of their receipt by the Buyer and to ensure the return of payment in case of non-receipt by the Customer, the computer program "Safe Deal " is used with the use of public offers - rules "Safe Deal (online payment)" and "Online Payment for Customers". The Customers may become aware of the possibility to purchase the Items using the "Secure Transaction" computer program from the presence in the Shop's Content in respect of these Items of the corresponding designation - a special designation ("button") "Pay". The purchase of such Works shall be paid for via the secure-transaction service via PayPal shipping service with the acceptance of one of the offers mentioned above in this clause.
