Autumn is a time of contemplation, reflection, solitude. It's time to start taking stock of a productive year, a busy summer. Sometimes you want to stop at the moment, surround yourself with a bunch of books, lock yourself in the house and distract yourself from the fast rhythm of city life.
During the pandemic, many people remembered what it was like to stay at home and stop running about their business, slow down, look at the world around with different eyes. My picture is exactly about this - awareness of oneself in the present moment, alone with nature and one's own thoughts

I use only the best materials in my work - oil paint, Italian canvas made of the highest quality Belgian linen, a high-quality coating varnish that will keep the picture intact for many years and will not allow color changes.

The painting is signed by me on the front and back sides.
